Rent Conditions

AGE OF RENTER/DRIVER

The driver renting the vehicle must be AT LEAST 22 years old and have a minimum of 2 years driving experience. The maximum age for person renting a vehicle is 80 years.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

When renting a vehicle, the renter/driver must present a driver’s licence in his or her name. ABC Rent has a right to demand additional identification documents (such as a passport or an ID-card). The renter/driver must confirm that the driver’s licence is valid and that their driver’s rights have not been suspended. The same conditions apply to additional drivers.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

The right to drive the rented Vehicle applies only to the persons written in the Agreement. The same conditions apply to any additional driver as to the main Driver/Renter (minimum – maximum age, driver’s licence). The vehicle may not be driven by any persons not included in the Agreement.
