1. CHOOSE TIME AND PLACE

Choose the Pick-up and Return Office and the time period you with to rent a car. Then click Check availability. To see the location of the chosen office on the map, please click on the location button after the drop-down menu.

Please insert your Client code to receive customer-specific discounts.

2. SELECTING A RENTAL CAR

By default you can see all available vehicles. To view a specific type of cars, choose one from the drop-down menu:

A1 – small passenger car
A2 – medium passenger car
A3 – large passenger car
B – minivan
C – crossover
K1 - small commercial vehicle
K3 – large commercial vehicle

3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Here you may choose additional services such as toddler and infant seats for children, GPS devices etc. To continue click Next.

4. RENTER’S DETAILS

If you entered your Client code on the first step, then you will see a pre-filled form, where personal data cannot be changed. It is possible to change contact and driver’s license info.

If the Client code was not inserted, first please specify if the rent agreement will be a business or private contract from the first drop-down menu.In addition to supplying your contact information, you are also asked to fill out all the marked fields – document and driver’s license numbers are of high importance for preparing the contract and concluding the reservation process.

Please Note! Only when all fields are correctly filled out will you be able to confirm your reservation.

5. VERIFICATION OF DATA

Please check carefully that all of the entered data is indeed correct and read the terms and conditions of the rental contract. The conditions of the contract may also be obtained in .pdf format under Good to Know – General Terms and Conditions. To move on to the next stage, check the box ”Yes, I accept the terms and conditions of the rental contract” and click on Next.

6. CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION

You have reached the final stage of making a reservation, where you may choose whether you would like to pay at once or if you’d prefer to forward your information to a rent consultant. If you are certain that you would like to rent a car but are uneasy with paying, choose the option PAY ON ARRIVAL. You will be contacted as soon as possible. Your unconfirmed reservation will be valid for 24 hours. If you are not contacted by then, please call us at +372 6 747 780, or +372 6 747 781.

If you decide to confirm your reservation by choosing to PAY NOW, then your reservation is 100% guaranteed from the moment your payment has been received. Please read the payment conditions and instructions under Good to Know – Payment. Contract and invoice, are downloadable until the end of the booking process. These are sent to your email once the reservation is complete and you will be able to print them out if necessary.
